WATER OTTERS MEET REGISTRATION FORM
Please select 2 events your child would like to swim. The coaches will pick the remaining 2 events.
Relays will be seeded by coaches according to swimmer’s time: Relays are at the beginning and end of the meet.
IF THERE IS A TIME CONFLICT, AND YOUR CHILD CANNOT BE AT THE ENTIRE MEET, PLEASE INDICATE WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE LEAVING IN THE COMMENTS SECTION.
