How to use the Meet Book….

We are trying to reduce how many sheets of paper we use by having Meet sign up books, one for boys and one for girls. 

Find your child’s name in their age group, the swim meet date you are signing up for, circle the 2 events they wish to swim in and initial it.  If they are not going to attend the meet, draw a line thru all events (not their name please) and initial it.  If they have to leave early write “leave by” and the time next to your initials.  You may also register at the website.  Please let us know even if your child is not swimming at a meet.  I need to know by the Monday proceeding a meet by 7:30pm whether your child will be swimming or not.  Children are not allowed to fill out and initial the books, they are not the ones getting themselves to the meet.
